Facebook

Facebook is a popular network site which must be utilized during this campaign. Facebook hosts people from all demographics. Facebook provides the availability for their content to reach everyone in this Edible Arrangement organization. Facebook is mostly social and is growing by marketing businesses. Facebook users are able to check-in to current locations, post photos and read reviews that other customer pupils share for public knowledge.

Currently, Edible Arrangements Facebook platform shares new locations opening throughout the United States, special occasion and holiday bouquets, new creations, advertising and contests to win free items.

Currently, Edible Arrangements Twitter is mainly text with maybe a few images of new bouquets or a flyer of new locations. Also, the tweet which are displayed are mostly apologetic tweets of consumers that were not pleased with their order or experience at Edible Arrangements. Instagram works by sharing photos so with Edible Arrangements you can see the new bouquets of fresh fruit and sweet chocolate to inspire the consumers to purchase the product.

Also, Instagram allows companies to were products are located and how far they have reach. Geotagging enables consumers to show how far worldwide the product ships.

Advertising for Men’s Dove.

The goal of this commercial is to promote fathers as the one who picks your up when you fall. Also, a child’s first superhero is their father. The real strength is being a father to your children.

The strategy of this commercial is so heartfelt and it draws you into the love the father and children have for one another. With that being said, you are more than likely going to purchase the product.

It is a deodorant commercial so be realistic, it’s not like using the deodorant is going to make you the perfect father. If it makes you think that or inspires you to be that father, great! The #realstrength is stepping up to be that father in the video and living the #realdadmoments with your children. Inspire and believe that you are that father and just do it.

Demographics of Edible Arrangements

Age: 24 – 30 years old, this would include a large amount of the world population. People in this age group would also be more likely to share a product with their friends or family if they like the item and purchase an items to send to their significant other, parents or children for special occasions.

Sex: This company should market to both men and women.

Salary: Marketing to people that have recently graduated college and is now pursuing a career and building their personal life with family and kids or vice versa. It would be more realistic to have an income $30,000 – $50,000 per year salary.

Education: I truly don’t think a higher education is required for targeting a business. I would say the recommended education level is high school graduate with vocational school or college to follow.

Family life: In today’s society babies are having babies out of wedlock. Who am I to judge? Bless mom of three and wouldn’t change it for anything. This is more the norm. A couple man and woman, one child.

Location: Owner of Edible Arrangements, Vienna, West Virginia; franchise.

Transportation: A sedan. A four door vehicle that is easy on gas because if it gets you from point a to b then it becomes a lot easier to save and focus on what is important.

Characteristics

JOINERS: Individuals between the age of 24-30 are very skilled on electronics. Everyone a home uses computers, cell phones, game systems, tablets, etc., and because of that when there is a new product that comes out it is a “must have” to upgrade. Social media sites are the norm for this age range, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram and whatever the next hot app is I am sure they will have it too.

SPECTATORS:  Social media sites are the norm in today society. You can’t just call and speak you have to instant message or why visit someone when you can facetime or Snapchat. People in the age range of 24 – 30 could have their personal social media sites but then have a business one set up as well. Blogging, catching up with family, podcasts, vodcasts, videos or entertainment and pleasure. They probably don’t post much or even share links because why have 3-4 social media sites for you to say the same thing under every one of them.

CREATORS: Creativity and structure combined with motivations and goals allow this age groups mindset to achieve anything and to be more organized when sharing, liking, layout of and designing blogs, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram accounts that are being used.

Facebook: Around 87% of 18-29 year olds, 70% use it daily.

Twitter: 37% of 18- 29 year olds, 36% use it daily.

Instagram: 53% of 18-29 year olds, 49% use it daily.

The target audience is mainly on Facebook and Twitter weekly. Edible Arrangements should be updating Facebook and Twitter while posting on Instagram the newest display or promo codes and such linked to their social media sites. Edible Arrangements needs to broaden their prospective a little and take chances to build the franchise in Vienna, WV
